Digital Product Policy

This policy applies to digital products sold by Fourpence Digital through the Fourpence Design website. Product-specific listing details and license terms are incorporated into this policy.
Digital products only
All Fourpence Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Product colors may vary by screen, printer, ink, and paper.
Delivery and file access
Download access is provided immediately after successful checkout and by email to the address used for the order. The email contains secure download links that expire 24 hours after first access; opening an expired link requests a replacement email. Buyers are responsible for entering a correct email address and saving purchased files to a device or secure backup location.
Download troubleshooting
If a file does not arrive, first check spam and promotions folders and confirm the checkout email address. If a download will not open, use a current PDF reader or the software named in the product listing. For support, provide the order number, product name, and checkout email address through the Contact page.
Refunds and cancellations
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, completed digital orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after access has been delivered or a file has been downloaded. Contact Fourpence Digital if an incorrect or defective file was supplied. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Product descriptions and compatibility
Each listing identifies the included files, format, size, printable or editable status, software requirements, and intended use. Buyers should review those details before purchasing. A printable PDF is not an editable template or fillable form unless the listing expressly says so.
License and permitted use
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the use stated in the product listing and included license. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Fourpence Design, LLC or the identified rights holder.
Prohibited sharing and resale
Files may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, copied for another buyer, uploaded to shared drives or public websites, posted as standalone content, or used to create a competing digital product. Teaching-resource and business-branding products may have different permissions; the license supplied with the specific product controls.
Order support
For delivery or file problems, use the Contact page and include the order number, product name, checkout email address, device, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send payment-card information.
