How Projects Work

1. Share your project.
Tell me what you need, how it will be used, and your preferred timeline.

2. Confirm the details.
I review availability and provide a written scope, estimate, and timeline before work begins.

3. Design and refine.
Supply final, proofread text before design begins. Most projects include two rounds of revisions; each round is one collected list of changes.

4. Receive your files.
The remaining balance is due before final files are released.

Pricing & Project Details

Listed prices are starting prices unless a fixed price is stated. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate. Projects over $500 require a 50% deposit. Additional concepts, revisions, changes in direction, and extra design time are billed at $85 per hour. A minimum project charge of $85 applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Printing, stock images, premium fonts, hosting, software, and other third-party costs are separate. Clients provide final, proofread copy unless editing or copywriting is included in the estimate. Project timing depends on availability and receipt of the required materials.
