Are these physical products?
No. Fourpence Digital products are digital files. Nothing will be mailed.
How will I receive my purchase?
For purchases on this website, download access is provided immediately after successful checkout and by email to the address used for the order. The email contains secure download links that expire 24 hours after first access; opening an expired link requests a replacement email. Save your files to a device you can access later.
What file types will I receive?
Each product listing states the included file types, page size, page or palette count, and whether the product is printable or editable. Some products arrive in a ZIP folder. Save the ZIP, then extract or unzip it before opening the PDFs inside. If both US Letter and A4 files are included, choose the version that matches your paper. Always use the individual listing as the final source of truth.
What software do I need?
Printable PDFs require a current PDF reader. If a product requires another program or account, the listing will say so before purchase. A printable PDF is not automatically an editable template or fillable form.
How should I print my files?
Open the downloaded file in a PDF reader, select the correct paper size, and review the print preview before printing. Match US Letter files to 8.5 × 11 inch paper and A4 files to A4 paper. Choose Actual Size or 100% unless the product instructions say otherwise. For gift holders and tags, do not use Fit to Page; check the included one-inch calibration line before cutting. Colors can vary by screen, printer, ink, and paper.
How do I download an Etsy purchase?
Use Etsy.com in a web browser, then open Purchases and reviews and choose Download Files. The Etsy app does not currently support digital downloads. Can I share the files?
No redistribution, resale, public posting, file sharing, or transfer to another person is permitted. The license included with each listing controls the exact allowed use, including personal, classroom, or small-business permissions.
Can I return or cancel a digital order?
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, completed digital orders are generally not refundable after access has been delivered or the file has been downloaded, except where required by law or when Fourpence Digital has supplied an incorrect or defective file. What if my file does not arrive or open?
First check the email address used at checkout, including spam or promotions folders. If you still need help, use the Contact page and include your order number, product name, and checkout email address so the order can be located quickly.
